The conversation is led by Andriy Rozhdestvensky PhD, professor of Lviv Business School (LvBS), Executive Director of the Center for Leadership of UCU, business consultant. Former HR-partner in the retail business of «Oschadbank”, which first among state enterprises adapted western HR-tools and best practices; built a system of business training for 35,000 employees. Co-founder of a consulting firm AR Consulting, educational projects “Leadership in the mountains” and Scolar.
