His responsibilities encompass strategic planning, team management, community outreach, and forging partnerships to meet the needs of refugees. This role is vital for ensuring program effectiveness, coordinating resources, and fostering community integration through focused initiatives.
LTC (Long-Term Care) Support Services Navigator will provide critical support to Ukrainian New Americans participating in UACC’s LTC Workforce Program. Mykola focuses on ensuring participants have access to necessary housing, transportation, and language services to enable their successful entry into the LTC workforce.
The Family Resource Connector is responsible for assisting and providing support to newly arrived families from Ukraine for services and programs which satisfy specific identified needs. Family Resource Connector is developing community partnerships, and sharing best practice development from daily communications, referral, and working directly with new arrivals.

The Career Development Specialist will also work closely with various partners to ensure program participants have the resources and skills needed to succeed.
