This role is vital for ensuring program effectiveness, coordinating resources, and fostering community integration through focused initiatives.

Mykola Konkov LTC Support Services Navigator

LTC (Long-Term Care) Support Services Navigator will provide critical support to Ukrainian New Americans participating in UACC’s LTC Workforce Program. Mykola focuses on ensuring participants have access to necessary housing, transportation, and language services to enable their successful entry into the LTC workforce.

LTC Career Development and Support Specialist focuses on supporting new Ukrainian Americans in securing employment within the LTC industry by providing career development services, coordinating with support services, and building relationships with LTC employers. The Career Development Specialist will also work closely with various partners to ensure program participants have the resources and skills needed to succeed.
