Dima Blyshchak President

Dima leads the organization with a passionate commitment to fostering Ukrainian culture, heritage, and community spirit. In this pivotal role, Dima is responsible for setting the strategic vision, driving impactful initiatives, and overseeing the center’s diverse range of programs and events. Under Dima’s leadership, UACCMN serves as a vibrant cultural hub and a beacon of Ukrainian identity, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds.

Mykola Sarazhynskyy Vice President for Outreach and Aid

While directing Stand with Ukraine MN, our community-wide crisis response committee to Russia’s unlawful invasion of Ukraine, Mykola has cultivated strong relationships with donors and hospitals, supported Ukrainian soldiers through Protez Foundation, and brings to the UACC extensive expertise in marketing.

Kostiantyn Korchak Vice President for Operations

Konstiantyn oversees strategic planning for our building’s needs, implements efficient operational processes and works to drive growth and operational excellence.

Sergiy Kalmuk Vice President for Outreach

Sergiy oversees strategic initiatives to engage and expand the organization's audience, enhance the organization's visibility and impact, and coordinate outreach programs.

Oksana Kushneryk Treasurer

Oksana is responsible for managing the organization's budget and financial plan, oversees investments, cash flow, and financial risk assessment, and prepares financial reports to ensure stability and compliance with regulations.

Maria Matlashevski Secretary

Maria manages operations and administration within the organization by ensuring effective communication, overseeing policy implementation, and supporting the team in executing their duties.

Bob Iwaskewycz Senior Adviser

Bob brings a wealth of experience as a long-serving member of the Board, has spent a lifetime dedicated to meeting the needs of our community through the UACC, and brings to the Board a depth of business expertise.

Maria Doan Advocacy Leader

Maria is a skilled advocate with strong ties to political figures and has extensive relationships with various organizations working on Ukrainian initiatives on the local and national level.

Oleksiy Khrystych Outreach Leader

Oleksiy spearheads initiatives to engage and build relationships within the community, foster awareness and support for organizational goals, and coordinates and executes cultural and outreach programs.

Paul Jablonsky Senior Adviser

Paul brings a wealth of experience serving on the Board, a lifetime dedicated to meeting the needs of our community through the UACC, and deep business expertise.
