About the UACCMN

Founded in 1964 by Ukrainian immigrants who established roots in Northeast Minneapolis, the Ukrainian American Community Center of Minnesota (UACCMN) is a fraternal, cultural, and community center that celebrates the Ukrainian spirit and supports the integration of refugees and new immigrants into our community and into life in Minnesota.

The UACCMN's mission is to unite and empower the community through humanitarian aid, community services, and the advancement of Ukrainian history, culture, and heritage.

Our Vision

The UACCMN strives to be a leading cultural hub that honors and shares the Ukrainian legacy while embracing the evolving needs of our community. We work to foster a welcoming space for all, including refugees and newcomers, to experience the richness of Ukrainian culture and to build connections with other cultures. Through dynamic programs, events, and partnerships, we aim to strengthen community ties, promote intercultural understanding, and empower individuals to thrive in a multicultural society.
