Youth Leadership Camp – Scolar Ukraine&America Program

We all want our children to be successful and accomplished individuals. With accelerated rate of change in society, technology and business, how do you prepare them for the future where half of the jobs in ten years do not exist today?
Most experts agree that Leadership and Teamwork are essential skills for today and will continue to be in high demand in the future. These skills get developed faster in children through activity based experiences – in school, sports, artistic & after school activities, & family. Most such experiences lack consistent and holistic approach. Kids get to shine better in specifically created environments over longer periods of time.
This June our local Ukrainian-American organizations support a unique two-week Leadership Development Day Camp for children between ages 9 and 16 years. It is designed and led by internationally recognized experts. They created their methodology based on a blend of proven theories such as Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Servant Leadership, and High Performance Team Dynamics among others woven into a wealth of Ukrainian culture and traditions.
