CHUMAKY ARE RIDING into the TWIN CITIES!
Come to meet and greet Chumak Way Cycling Tour participants!
Three events are planned to meet and greet Ukrainian cycling team members. All are welcome!

Event 1: Ride Along with the Chumak Way Cyclists into Town:
1/2 mile, *3 mile, or *10 mile Ride Along
Saturday, July 14th 4-5 pm
Ukrainian American Community Center
301 Main St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413
Join Ukrainian cyclists at the parking lot of Boom Island Park and bike 1/2 mile to the Ukrainian Center. Welcome, meet and greet the cyclists.
*The meeting points for the 3 and 10 mile Ride Alongs will be added once we know people are interested.

Event 2: Lunch presentation on #BikeForPeace
Sunday, July 15th 12-1:30 pm
St. Michael’s & St. George’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church

Find out about their cycling adventures, ask them why they #BikeForPeace in Ukraine and worldwide. Learn about the hottest cycling innovations made in Ukraine. We will also be screening videos of the Chumak Way cycling adventures. Luncheon prepared by the parish sisterhood will be served.

Event 3: Ukrainian cyclists meet American Cyclists
Sunday, July 15th 7-8:30 pm
Ukrainian American Community Center
301 Main St. NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413
Join in greeting the Chumak Way Ukrainian cyclists and NOWBikes cyclists. You’ll have a chance to compare notes on biking in Europe and U.S., and explore Ukraine as a travel destination. Also you’ll have a chance to see hipster wooden frame WoodRover and the legendary ultra-light Eney trek bike created by the Antonov aerospace engineers. Ukrainian snacks, sponsored by #ParadiseMarket, will be served. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
