SATURDAY, JULY 8:
* AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES
From roughly 1pm:
— Gather wildflowers and make wildflower vinky
— Make life-sized Kupalo effigy (doll)
— Make Marena effigy* EVENING ACTIVITIES:
Beginning roughly 2 hours before sunset/dusk, continuing through much of the night
****FRIENDS! The best plan is to arrive no later than 4pm to not miss out on anything, and earlier if you want to make vinky and help make Kupalo and/or Marena!****
CELEBRATION!
— Marriage of Kupalo and Marena
— Music and dancing
— Fire jumping
— Floating vinky on the lake
— Fortunetelling!
* COMMUNITY DINNER: Bohrach (Goulash)
SUNDAY, JULY 9:
No specific plans!
Enjoy each other’s company. Make breakfast with friends.
Enjoy biking and hiking trails, or the beach.
NOTE: Other than community dinner, no other meals are provided. Come prepared to cook and share food with others!

16 & under: FREE

PROCEEDS:
1. Proceeds will benefit the Ukrainian Village Band for its efforts to organize local, Ukrainian cultural events;
2. Proceeds will also benefit Cheremosh Ukrainian Dance Ensemble for its upcoming trip to perform at festivals in Ukraine in August, 2017.
